This role will focus on logistics management, including customs clearance, delivery scheduling, and coordination to ensure seamless project execution. <strong> Job Location & Work Hours</strong> • Location: ILJIN Electric USA Office at 15915 Katy Freeway Suite 215, Houston, Texas 77094 • Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> Project Logistics Management Support • Handle customs clearance and transportation coordination for goods imported to the U.S. and Canada. • Coordinate local logistics to operations to ensure timely and successful delivery of products. • Develop and manage relationships with local transportation companies. • Maintain effective communication with clients and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. • Address and resolve logistical challenges, such as delays or unexpected issues, efficiently. Administrative Support • Organize and manage essential documentation and data related to sales and operations. • Support internal reporting and provide insights to the team. • Coordinate with the headquarters to ensure efficient process alignment. • Monitor and manage material delivery milestone. • Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of client requests. • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including record maintenance, project status tracking, and preparing necessary documents.
