1. Korean Business Partnership Assistant
(Focus: Partner Company Outreach & Relationship Building)
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify Korean-owned businesses in the U.S.
Reach out to potential partner companies and introduce ICN’s recruiting services
Build and maintain strong relationships with employer partners (e.g. 지상사, logistics firms, manufacturers)
Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings with company representatives
Maintain accurate records of outreach using CRM or internal tracking systems
Collaborate with the placement team to match job seeker profiles with company needs2. Talent Sourcing Assistant
(Focus: Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment Support)Key Responsibilities
Source job seekers from platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and others based on company needs
Reach out to potential candidates and introduce job opportunities
Conduct initial consultations with candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and companies
Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process
Organize resumes and maintain accurate records in internal systems자격요건
1. Korean Business Partnership AssistantIdeal Candidate:
Fluent in Korean and English (verbal & written)
Friendly and confident communicator
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in using spreadsheets, email, Microsoft, and CRM systems
Comfortable with business outreach and professional follow-ups

2. Talent Sourcing AssistantIdeal Candidate:
Strong computer skills (LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Excel, CRM/ATS tools, Microsoft)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Korean fluency is a plus)
Personable, professional, and responsive in engaging with candidates
Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or customer-facing roles is preferred
Strong multitasking and coordination skillsType: Part-time (25 hours/week)
Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)
