제 와이프 I485에 대해 다음과 같은 RFE를 받았습니다. 

Submit any documentary evidence in your possession to demonstrate that your marriage to XXX is bona fide. … Secondary evidence will be evaluated for authenticity and credibility and should cover all periods from the time your marriage took place until the present.

결혼 후 6개월 쯤 후에 미국으로 이민을 오게 되어서 joint document는 은행 계좌 증명 밖에는 없는데, 이 것도 결혼 기간을 전부 cover를 하는게 아니라서 어떤 문서를 제출해야 할지 고민이 됩니다.

혹시 아시는 분 계시면 답변 부탁드립니다.

두분이 같이 찍으신 사진을 첨부하시면 됩니다. 이민국이 의심하는 것은 갑자기 만나서 영주권을 목적으로 결혼을 한 경우이기 때문에 오랜기간 만나오시다가 결혼을 했다는 것을 보여주기 위해 만나기 시작하면서 찍은 사진들을 시간순으로 정리해서 찍은 장소, 시간과 함께 앨범으로 만드십시오. 결혼식사진도 같이 포함시키시면 됩니다.
