Case transferred to another office vs case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction. I-485에서 이관한다는 것 같은데 차이가 있나요??

저는 금요일에 Case transferred to another office 로 바뀌고 나서 월요일에 case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction 로 상태 변경되었습니다. 보통 주중에는 하루나 이틀중에 바뀌는 것 같습니다.
