제 경우는 회사 corporate tax 2년치 하고 (최근) 본인 w2 2년치 copy 요구했습니다. 맨처음 신청시 회사의 재정상태와 별반 차이가 없고 주신청자에게 적절한 임금을 지불할 능력이 있는게 확실하면 별 문제 없습니다.

보통 140에서 회사의 ability to pay를 보는데요. tax return에 net income이 모자라면 net asset(asset-liability) 가 ATP에 충분하면 승인 받는데 지장 없습니다.
