와이프 영주권 때문에 신청했던 I130이 승인되어서 NVC로 이관 되었다는 메일이 왔습니다.
거의 일년정도 걸린 것 같네요.
제가 신청할때 I130 과 콤보카드 그리고 I485모두 같이 신청했습니다.
얼마전에 EAD카드는 나왔지만 다른건 진전이 없네요.

제 질문은 letter에 I485서류낼때 이 레터 (I130)복사본도 같이 내라고 써있는데 저희는 이미 신청 들어간 상태니 다시 안보내도 되는거죠? I130승인후 따로 해야하는 것이 있으면 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.

NVC로 이관되었다는 것은 영사처리(해외)를 통하여 영주권을 신청 한겁니다.
485는 미국내에서 신분조정하는 겁니다. 따라서 영사처리(NVC이관)와 485를 동시에 같이 할 수는 없습니다.
NBC를 NVC로 잘못 쓴것이라면….
답: 동시에 130과 485를 신청 한거라면, 130이 승인되어도 따로 하실 건 없습니다.

The above petition has been approved. The petition indicates that the beneficiary wishes to apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident. They should submit a copy of this notice, along with a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. If the beneficiary decides to apply for an immigrant visa outside the United States based on this petition, you should file Form I-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition, to request that we send the petition to the U.S. Department of State National Visa Center (NVC).
The NVC processes all approved immigrant visa petitions that require consular action. The NVC also determines which consular post is the appropriate consulate to complete visa processing. It will then forward the approved petition to that consulate.

NVC에 이관되었다는 내용이 아닙니다.
1. 130이 승인되었다.
2. 미국내에서 신분조정 하려면 485를 신청해라.
3. 해외에서 이민비자 얻으려면 NVC에 신청해라.
결론: 미국내에서 신분조정 하시는 것이라면(이미 130 & 485 동시 신청) 130 승인되어도 따로 하실 일은 없습니다.
