I went to infopass today.
IO told me that the ‘background check’ has been cleared. But when I asked if it includes fbi name and security check, she told me that she does not have any further data since they (infopass) only handle ‘family’ based petition (is this true?).

She wouldn’t further confirm again that the ‘background check’ is cleared. Since these are data only accessible from USCIS.

She gave me the USCIS phamplet and told me to call them for further information. 1-800-375-5283
I did call to this number once but think this is useless.

Does anyone know what is going on in my case?
Our firm is not stable these days and I feel insecure.
