Hello. I have one quick question for people who are familiar with the opt process. I am finishing Ph.D and in the process of applying OPT. Among the list of questions in the application, I found one question “Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USCIS?” and asked to attach all the related document. If I applied to OPT after my master degree, should I have to answer “yes” to this question? If so, I will be in trouble, because I do not have the related document that I received after my master degree. Give me some advice for me. Sorry for writing in English. 저도 같은 생각이네요. 당연히 예스라고 대답해야죠. 마스터 하신 IPS가셔서 원글님 서류있나 물어보세요. OPT신청후 받은 I-20나 EAD복사본 받을수 있으시면 받으시고 없을경우 원글님이 그때 오피티 승인된 날짜등 따로 적어서 보내면 USCIS에서 자체적으로 원글님 관련정보찾는데 도움이 될듯싶네요.

저도 같은 경우였습니다. yes 하셔야 하구요. 아마 master 후에 ead 카드를 international office 에 반납하셨을 겁니다. 저의 경우엔 그걸 자기들이 복사하고 머 document 로 첨부했던 것 같습니다. 그리고나서 ead 카드 이전꺼 자기네들 필요없다구 제게 주더라구요. yes 라고 하시고 IO 에 물어보세요.
