아 저게 h1b 끝나는 날이 I-94가 만료되는 날이였군요근데 결과적으로 오늘 만료네요. 오늘 끝나는데 i-94 연장 안했는데 h1b 연장 petition은 보냈습니다 (공식적으로 filing됐는지는 알 수 없지만요…). 이 경우 어떻게 되는건가요?

h1b 만료전에 h1b 연장 petition 제출하셨으면, 처음 h1b의 만료일부터 해당 petition 결정될 때까지
240일간은자동연장된 것으로 간주됩니다.
.최종적으로 h1b 연장이 승인되면 , I-797A 와 함께 송부된 I-94의 만료일이 비자 연장된 만큼 연장될 것입니다.
.승인이 않되는 경우는 곤란해 지시겠구요..

다시 감사합니다. 근데 궁금한게 택배회사에 알림하는 receive가 정확히 그 uscis “receive”뜻하나요? 아니면 받아서 공식적으로 receipt notice의 date은 택배회사 것과 다를 수 있을까요? 제 잘못이 아니라 담당자가 너무 겐세이 놓아서 이렇게 됐습니다. 속상하네요.
