안녕하세요,

I-485를 9/30에 접수하고 접수증 기다리다가 결국 rejection notice를 받았습니다.
이유가,

Based on the information you provided, a visa is not immediately available for your priority date. USCIS will accept Form I-485, Application to register permanent residence or adjust status, from family sponsored and employment based applicants according to the monthly visa bulletin that department of state(DOS) publishes as a guide for issuing visas at U.S. consulates and embassies. The monthly DOS visa bulletin  summarizes the availability of immigrant visas according to :
1. the "application final action dates" and
2. the "dates for filling applications" chart indicating when immigrant visa applicants should be notified to assemble and submit required documentation to the National Visa Center.

이렇게 왔는데 설마 제 변호사가  우선순위 날짜 계산을 잘못해서 신청한게 되는 건가요? 아니면 제 비자가 서류상 문제가 있다는 말인지....

위와 같은 거절 사유는 무슨 이유로 발생하는 지 아시는 분은 도와주세요...ㅜㅠ
변호사가 제가 물어보지 않으면 제때 알려주지 않는 사람이긴 해도 그동안 회사에서 정해준 변호사라 어쩔수 없이 답답해도 참았는데 리젝메일까지 받으니 앞으로 갈 길이 먼데 변호사를 믿기가 힘듭니다.

다시 빨리 신청하면 되겠지요? ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ
