Myself: 09/30/2012 H1b expired (now I-140 regular process submitted; EB2; not concurrent filing)
Wife: 12/31/2010 OPT expired, and can extend 1 year more (Science field)

If I get approved I-140, I will try to submit I-485 soon. What do you think that I am going to do for my wife?

1. Just let my wife extend her EAD (through OPT) to get 1 more year. (I don’t know how much it costs, do you know?)
2. When filing I-485, apply new EAD, even if my wife has EAD already through OPT.
