오늘 USCIS로 부터 NIW I-140가 update되어서 공유하려고 이렇게 글을 올립니다.2019-10-11– 네브라스카 접수했습니다.
2019-10-16 – 노티스 받았고,
2019-11-05 – I-485 동시접수 했고
2019-12-11 – Finger printing 했고
2020-03-30 – EB2 NIW I-140 승인 받았습니다.
2020-06-01 – Medical RFE
2020-06-22 – Medical RFE received
2020-08-21 – new card being produced.EMMA chat으로 연락하니까 7월 26일부로 FO로 (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) transfer되었더라구 하더라구요 그래서 인터뷰 해야겠구나 했는데.. 이렇게 waive가 될줄 몰랐네요 ㅎㅎㅎ
저는 참고로 대학원 박사과정이고.. 석사 없이 NIW를 넣었습니다. 보통 학부 과정 + 5년을 경험으로 하는데 그걸로 하지도 않았습니다. Chen에서 이렇게 제안을 하더라구요. 그래서 저는 밑의 전형으로 해서 되었습니다.
Claim exceptional ability (if applicable). In order to establish exceptional ability in sciences, arts, or business, a petitioner must have documentation to satisfy at least three of the following:
1) an official academic record showing that the foreign person has a degree, diploma, certificate, or similar award from a college, university, school, or other institution of learning relating to the area of exceptional ability
2) evidence in the form of letters from current or former employers showing that the foreign person has at least 10 years of full-time experience in the occupation.
3) a license to practice the profession or certification for a particular profession or occupation.
4) evidence that the foreign person has commanded a salary or other remuneration for services that demonstrate exceptional ability.
5) evidence of membership in a professional association or
