I-485 리턴 해결 방법 급 부탁드립니다.

    텍사스 이민국에서 동시 파일링한 I-485가 리턴되었는데, 이유가 priority date가 current하지 않다고 왔습니다. EB-2 NIW 케이스입니다.

    어떻게 해서 다시 보내야 하나요.

      Are you sure that your 140 application was marked as EB-2 NIW?

      I thought that the quota for EB-2 was always open. You might want to check US State Department’s Visa Bulletin to check out the quota. The Bulletin is published every month.
