EB2로 진행중 I-140 승인완료, 현재 가족 3명의 I-485와
본인I-765준비중입니다.

다음과 같이 cover letter와 서류를 준비했습니다.
서류들은 주위분들의 서류와 또 이곳에서 언급한 서류들을
다합쳐서 준비했기때문에 좀 불필요하다 싶을 정도로
준비했습니다. 이민국에서 불필요하다고 생각하는 서류를
봤을때 문제가 되지는 않겠죠 ?
그리고 3개의 I-485와 1개의 I-765는 2공 펀쳐로 구멍을
뚤어서 하나로 binding해서 NSC에 보내려고 합니다.

다음의 cover letter를 좀 봐주시고 의견(추가해야할것등) 부탁드립니다.

잘은 모르지만 서류에 구멍뚫어서 바인더로 묶는 것은 안하시는게 좋을듯합니다.
그냥 바인더 클립으로 같은 종류 서류를 집어서 주는게 나을겁니다.

뚫지 마셔요. 변호사 말이 분류하기 편하게 해줘야 한다데요. 그리고, 불필요한 서류 넣지 말라던데요? 그냥 필요한 서류만 정리해서, 커버에는 차례적고, 수표 어디 붙였다 붙고…

어떤 변호사는 호적등본외에 가족사진과 부인이 같이 한주소에 살고 있다는 증거(예로 billing statement)등을 요구했다고 하더라구요.
그래서 이것 저것 첨부하는것이 어떨까 생각중이거든요.

그리고 3명의 서류를 package로 넣어야 따로 흩어져서 따로 승인이 나는것을
방지할수 있다고 들어서 하나로 binding하려구요.

말고, 고무줄을 이용하심이. 변호사가 하는거 보니 큰 집게로 개인마다 분류하고, 그리고 그걸 한꺼번에 고무줄로 엮더군요. 한묶음이 되도록. 구멍은 안뚫는게 나을 겁니다.

꼼꼼이 준비를 하신것 같은데 이미 filing 을 하셨는 궁금하고요 혹시 무슨 문제는 없으셨는지도 궁금하구요.(물론 완벽해 보입니다), 저도 이대로 준비를 할까하는 바램으로 질문 드립니다.
