Now Editing “I-140 RFE” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) I-140 RFE가 떴네요ㅠ 적정임금에서 제 w-2 뺀 만큼 파트너쉽의 net profit은 나와있지만 좀 간당간당하고 회사가 파트너쉽이라 나눠가져가기때문에 적정임금에 못미친다고 판단했는지 파트너들의 financial ability를 물어보는거 같습니다. 파트너들의 2018 bank statement와 stock account, other personal asset과 expense 를 supporting document와 같이 준비해서 보내달라고 하네요. 혹시 이런 rfe 준비해보신분들은 구체적으로 어떻게 준비하셨는지 조언좀 해주실분 계신가요?
