(저의 PD는 5월 23일 입니다). 제가 동시 진행이 가능하겠냐고 물어 봤더니 다음과 같은 답변으로 I-485는 몇 달 기다리라고 하네요. 그런데 제가 Final Action Date 이랑 Filing Date를 잘못 이해하고 있는건가요? 저는 가능한 걸로 알고 있었는데요. 조언 부탁 드립니다. 감사합니다. <em>USCIS is only accepting priority dates from the final action dates chart rather than the filing dates chart as of now. This means that only cases with priority dates for EB3 that are from May 1, 2016 and prior can file. Therefore, you are a couple weeks off and cannot file yet.
