Now Editing “I-140 & 1-485 concurrent filing 질문입니다!” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 안녕하세요, 회사 immigration 변호사로 통해 EB-3 로 영주권 진행 중 입니다. 현재 PERM Approved 받고 I-140 진행 중 입니다. 제가 이메일로 회사 법률팀 law clerk한테 I-140 & 1-485 concurrent filing 할 수 있냐고 질문을 했는데, 아래와 같이 답변이 왔습니다 . 제 Priority Date ( 4/26/2016)은 Final Action Date(6/1/2016)보다 빨라서 동시 진행해도 문제가 없을 것 같은데, 저희 law clerk의 답변 내용이 전혀 이해가 가질 않고 맞는지도 모르겠습니다. I-140 & 1-485 동시 진행하기 위해서 아래 답변과 같이 currently PERM and wage position 이어야 하나요? "At this time, your case has been assessed as I-140 only.
