Now Editing “I-140프리미엄” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) I-140 서류만 6/9에 페덱스 통해서 보내고, 6/10에 도착 확인했어요. 6/23에 변호사가 우편으로 받은 Form I-797C (Notice of Action) : Received date 6/15, receipt number(Lin~) 사본은 이메일로 전해받았구요. 그런데 제가 좀전에 uscis에서 확인하니 상태가 이렇게 나와요. "Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Sent On June 24, 2022, we received your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, Receipt Number LIN~, and sent you a receipt notice or acceptance notice. " 제 140 프리미엄 승인은 6/15 or 6/24 어느 기준으로 15일 이내인건가요? 찾아보니 다른분들은 접수되고 되게 빨리 승인났다고 올라오는거 같아서요. ------------ 답글 주신 변호사님 말씀처럼 15일이 기준이었는지 오늘 (6/28) 승인되었어요. 감사합니다.
