They are to keep track of every deadline, delivery, and other obligations laid out in a company's contracts. <strong>Compensation</strong> $94,000-$106,000/annually (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection) <strong>Responsibilities</strong> Negotiate and Bid Trucking Rates for Most Competitive Rates Plan, direct and coordinate the buying of trucking deliveries Bid to get the most competitive trucking rates Compare the cost and negotiate price with vendors and other charges Execute market interpretation and forecasts Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates Build and maintain business relationships with vendors for mutual successes Contract Management for Revenue and Cost Generate and manage all contracts related Freight Forwarding Study the legalities of contracts and help to negotiate terms and conditions with clients, vendors and third parties, before drawing up legal documents to outline terms of service and project deliverables.
