    Summary

    The Analyst – Finance of Americas Head Quarter (“AHQ”), will support financial analysis and reporting processes of subsidiary companies under AHQ, development and implementation of improvement plan for internal controls over such financial analysis and reporting processes. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our finance team as an Analyst. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with strong analytical skills and a passion for finance. The analyst will be responsible for assisting in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis, contributing to data-driven decision-making across the organization.

    Responsibilities

    Supporting financial reporting and its processes of subsidiary companies under AHQ under direction of his or her supervisor:
    Assist in the preparation of monthly AHQ business performance reports, AR Aging reports, annual forecasts and budgets
    Support and maintain financial models to support decision-making
    Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
    Review monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget, and oversee the monitoring of actual financial performance against budgeted figures, conducting detailed variance analysis to identify key drivers of variance
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial inputs
    Assist in month-end book closing process for subsidiaries as needed
    Monitor departmental spending and provide insight to functional leaders
    Support of strategic projects or implementation of financial system under the direction of his or her supervisor
    Perform cost and profitability analysis to support investment decisions
    Participate in the implementation of financial systems and process improvements

    Compensation

    $52,000-$56,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    Basic understanding of financial statements and corporate finance concepts
    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
    Experience with Accounting Solutions (SAP, Quickbooks, or similar) required
    Proficient Korean bilingual skills preferred

    Education & Experience

    Bachelor’s Degree Required
    1 – 2 Years of Direct Experience in Accounting and Finance Required
    2 – 5 Years of Direct Experience Preferred
    Training in Accounting/Finance Required
    CPA, CIA, CISA License or Certificate Preferred
