Establish and maintain supplier release procedure and supplier banking requirements to ensure an uninterrupted supply of raw materials to meet production requirements. - Communicates with sub-centers for part order status and ensure delivery dates to customers. - Establish and monitor finished goods inventory levels to ensure on-time compliance to customer release requirements while minimizing carrying and premium freight costs. - Review department/plant measurable (customer delivery, supplier delivery, premium freight and inventory) and establish corrective measures for performance adherence. - Provide leadership to subordinates for individual and group development. - Overall ownership of material ordering, availability, and scheduling targeting 2 ~ 4 week inventory levels, at a minimum - Ensure systemic accuracy of inventory - Rescheduling materials for pull ins (expedites) and push outs (for inventory control) - Other Duties As Assigned REQUIREMENTS - At least permanent green card holder - Bachelor's degree in engineering or business - 2 ~ 4 years of factory material managing experiences - Fluent Microsoft excels and Power point skill - Ability to navigate and teach Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) IT Systems such as Oracle, SAP, etc. - Flexible work hours and available for weekends - Bilingual-Korean and English - Some occasional business travel required (international and domestic) Your Total Rewards Package will include: · 100% company paid premium medical, dental and vision benefits, (NO monthly premiums/no cost to employee) · A competitive 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan and you're immediately vested in the company matching contributions. · Tuition Reimbursement effective Day 1 of Service · Performance based Incentives · Employee Product Discount and many of our Products · RELOCATION ASSISTANCE FOR THIS POSITION * 지원방법 – 이메일접수 : 이력서(영문) euiyoung.kim@lge.com, – 궁금한 사항은 이메일에 연락처 및 통화 가능한 시간을 적어주세요.
