PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

– Oversee the material flow process. Establish and maintain supplier release procedure and supplier banking requirements to ensure an uninterrupted supply of raw materials to meet production requirements.
– Communicates with sub-centers for part order status and ensure delivery dates to customers.
– Establish and monitor finished goods inventory levels to ensure on-time compliance to customer release requirements while minimizing carrying and premium freight costs.
– Review department/plant measurable (customer delivery, supplier delivery, premium freight and inventory) and establish corrective measures for performance adherence.
– Provide leadership to subordinates for individual and group development.
– Overall ownership of material ordering, availability, and scheduling targeting 2 ~ 4 week inventory levels, at a minimum
– Ensure systemic accuracy of inventory
– Rescheduling materials for pull ins (expedites) and push outs (for inventory control)
– Other Duties As Assigned

REQUIREMENTS
– At least permanent green card holder
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
– 2 ~ 4 years of factory material managing experiences
– Fluent Microsoft excels and Power point skill
– Ability to navigate and teach Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) IT Systems such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
– Flexible work hours and available for weekends
– Bilingual-Korean and English
– Some occasional business travel required (international and domestic)
