    Duties/responsibilities include but are not limited to the following

    a. HR Manager (Focus on HR Process Development & Operation)
    • Reviews, revises and operates HR Policies such as Job level, Pay Scheme, Evaluation System etc.
    • Implements and annually updates compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys and develops merit pool (salary budget); analyzes compensation; monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
    • Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; employee relations counseling, and exit interviewing; writes and places advertisements.
    • Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Maintains company organization charts and employee directory.
    • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
    * Preference: at least 3-year professional working experience related HR Process Development at major consulting firms or companies.
    b. Recruiting Manager or Assistant Manager
    • Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; employee relations counseling, and exit interviewing; writes and places advertisements.
    • Sets recruitment and interview process
    • Finds and Hires High potential specialist in related industries.
    • Builds Network with talented people in related industries.
    • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
    * Preference: Korean Bilingual, at least 1 year working experience related Talent Acquisition & University Relations at major companies.
    c. Payroll specialist
    • Builds HRIS System with SAP Success Factors.
    • Develops and Operates Payroll System.
    • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
