The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing job platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn, along with bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (preferred). Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment • Source candidates for various positions, including K/E Interpreters, LMD workforce, and HQ office employees, through multiple channels (Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.). • Conduct pre-screening and coordinating interview schedules. • Participate in interviews and provide recommendations for hiring decisions. 2. Hiring Process Management • Issue offer letters and track acceptance responses. • Collect and verify necessary documentation from candidates. • Conduct background checks and eVerify screenings in collaboration with internal teams. • Finalize hiring decisions and ensure smooth onboarding. • Maintain accurate filing and records of new hires. • Coordinate with relevant departments (Accounting, Worksite, Support) for new employee integration. 3. Insurance and Legal Compliance • Manage Workers' Compensation (WC) processes, including adding and canceling coverage based on payroll reports. • Oversee employee health insurance enrollment and termination processes with relevant personnel. • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and liaise with legal advisors when necessary. 4. Employee Relations & HR Matters • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related issues and disputes. • Report HR matters to site managers and escalate cases to senior management when necessary. • Address and manage workplace incidents, including accidents requiring WC and Health Insurance intervention. • Develop and implement HR procedures to handle various workplace incidents. • Maintain updated contact details for all relevant HR vendors and service providers. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred. • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment and employee relations. • Strong knowledge of HR procedures, compliance, and hiring processes. • Experienced using job platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn for talent acquisition. • Bilingual in Korean and English. • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
