Human Resource Coordinator Job Description
LG CNS America is seeking a highly self-motivated individual to support our Senior Human Resource Manager with a variety of HR administrative duties. The HR coordinator will facilitate daily HR functions like maintaining employee records and assisting with annual HR project. Additionally, this candidate will be supporting the on-going recruiting initiatives at the company and lead the on-boarding process once a candidate is selected. Responsibilities
• Maintain and organize employee related data both on the employee file as well as our database to ensure employment requirements are met.
• Update Company Organization Chart as well as phone directory on a monthly basis.
• Assist with annual HR projects and events such as our Internal Transfer Program, Informal Group, Team & Companywide workshops and Year-End Holiday Party.
• Communicate with appropriate stakeholders throughout the Mid-Year and Year-End evaluation process to ensure a smooth evaluation period.
• Assist with New Hire Orientation by maintain a list of all new hires, registering new hires for Orientation, and scheduling appropriate meeting rooms to conduct the Orientation.
• Prepare and provide appropriate documentations to our employment attorney for any Visa sponsorships.
• Maintain and organize open Job Requisitions and track overall progress on all open positions.
• Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
• Posting Job Description on recruiting sites as well as communicating with recruiting vendors when new positions open up.
• Appropriate communication with candidates for open positions. This includes scheduling interviews, answering questions and collecting appropriate documentation.
• Lead our summer internship initiative by working closely with right recruitment vendor.
• Responsible for completing entire on-boarding life cycle: Collecting on-boarding paperwork, System Data Entry, Insurance registration, employee file creation, submitting requests for corporate phone numbers, processing access ID/garage passes and ironing out any details with a new hire prior to their first day.
• Liaise with other department to ensure a PC and office seats are properly set up for new hires.Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in related HR field
Experience:
• Human Resources: 1 + year Preferred
