This position taps into full cycle recruiting and talent acquisition. By working closely with our team in South Korea and the US, you will gain insight into leading market trends and valuable client management skills with key industry players. The work we do heavily taps into R&D, sales, marketing, client management, account management and project management as well. Executive recruiters also serve as career consultants, helping candidates identify better career opportunities and make right choices for their professional development goals.
*Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:*
* Source and prospect highly qualified talent for various client positions
* Cold-call and warm-call strong candidates to effectively pitch clients’ opportunity
* Screen resumes and conduct company standard initial interviews with qualified candidates
* Work closely with qualified candidates to strengthen their CVs for better positioning
* Draft recommendation packages and prep selected candidates throughout the interview process
* Coach and guide candidates throughout the client interview stages
* Handle the pre-employment process: track candidate offers, acceptances and start dates
* Manage Hiree throughout their introductory probation period to ensure successful transition
* Collaborate with other team recruiters throughout all recruiting efforts to meet candidate and client needs
* Support the Recruiting Team Lead in every process of the end-to-end recruiting cycle as needed
* Partner with top clients to create job descriptions for confidential and strategic positions
* Form and maintain partnerships with Fortune 500 clientele through effective relationship management
* Research Global Market Industry trends and challenges
* Identify best fit industry specialties and expertise relevant to our clients’ business
* Research Big Market Player Companies we can prospect in the United States
* Actively update and maintain the company’s case tracking systems & corporate database*Requirements & Qualifications:*
* Prior experience in recruiting (in-house or agency) highly preferred
* Strong exposure to HR processes and understanding of sales and marketing
* Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) to both internal and external stakeholders
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to follow up effectively and handle multiple projects at once
* Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and customer service skills
* Proven ability to deliver results by prioritizing multiple cases and managing time efficiently
* Self-motivated, creative, curious and driven to succeed with a strong desire to learn and grow
* Collaborative and passionate about building successful teams
* Korean/English Bilingual a plus
* Undergraduate degree required근무 상세 내용
