Please see requirement below for any qualification inquiry. <strong>Responsibilities </strong> Manage the logistics of all aspects of the supply chain to minimize shortage and keep costs down Record and supervise accurate sales data and invoices to reconcile all supply chain products through EDI and SAP system Assess current orders and forecast future demand to meet customer demands Identify potential supply chain issues and resolutions with team to implement Keep detailed records, generates reports to help management understand the supply chain management perspective Establish and maintain tracking metrics by providing daily, weekly and monthly updates Review SKU level stock on hand, stock in order to execute allocation of inventory Identify and make recommendations for replenishment product Maintain clear and consistent communications with customers and shipping contacts throughout the procurement lifecycle Make suggestions to improved productivity, quality and efficiency of operations Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues relating to supply of products Provide back up to accounting teams as needed ; Assisting in monthly closing process Travel as needed to oversee company assets Participate in ad hoc projects and analysis as required <strong>Requirement</strong> Bachelor’s degree in business management or similar required with 5+ yrs. experience Ability to analyze data and make determinations to proactively identify business opportunities Demonstrated reliability and dependability Professional demeanor at all times Ability to multi task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and team player Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, clients/customers and vendors Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint Strong oral communication and written skills Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred, but not required Please submit your resume to daniel@topstaffing.mobi for next step.
