***JOB DETAILS***
1.  Provide assistance to the Sales Manager
2.  Sales Managment: Maintain accurate sales records and reports, including sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.  Managing packing list and invoices
3.  Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.
4. Actively seek and generate new business opportunities, including identifying potential customers and   establishing strong relationships with existing clients.
5.  Stay up to date with industry developments, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in order to effectively position in the market.
6. Provide assistance to daily and weekly as necessary, and monthly closing sales. Collating and consolidating, report monthly sales performances.
7.  Provide assistance to weekly and monthly (KPI) reports, Assist with data entry (ERP) account receivable
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

***QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS***
1. BA/BS degree with concentration in Marketing and Business administration Preferred.
2. OR 2-3 years of industry sales experience
3. Bilingual, Korean and English
4. Understanding of the basic notions of computer word processing
5. Proficient in Excel
6. ERP/SAP experience or knowledge preferred.

***WORKING HOURS & LOCATION***
1. Day shift: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
2. Monday- Friday
3. Location: Auburn, AL

1. Specialist to Assistance Manager level based on experience.
2. Pay will determine based on experience and accordance to company requirements.
