JOB DESCRIPTION - Sort and distribute incoming mail. Forward any invoices to appropriate staff for approvals as required. - Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval for all straight pay invoices. - Match purchase receipts to invoices. - Respond to all vendor inquiries. - Assist in month end closing. - Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. - Perform other related duties as assigned.
