If you are looking for a fast growing, passionate company that values both its people and its businesses, and has a winning track record, and even brighter future, this opportunity will be perfect to your job search! <strong>[ Logistics & Import Specialist ]</strong> <strong>Qualifications</strong> • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • A minimum of 2 years of Logistics & Import experience • Thorough understanding of import processing and incoterms • Requires attention to detail, excellent problem solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills. • Able to use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Language: English & Korean (preferred) <strong>Responsibilities</strong> • Manage International and domestic shipments • Coordinate with loading facilities, truckers, ocean carriers, and other vendors in the US and internationally • Negotiates competitive pricing for all shipments • Review invoices for accuracy of brokerage fees and code to appropriate BU • Working with customers, carriers, and warehouses to resolve issues with shipments • Requests credit approval on shipment, confirms load details in transportation systems, and then releases orders to the inspection facility • Monitor containers throughout inland and ocean voyages. • Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping • Contact vendors for quotes, lead times and shipping estimates • Other duties as assigned <strong>Work Location</strong> • HQ located in MD <strong>Benefits</strong> • Health insurance • PTO • Employee Discount Program • Employment sponsorship <strong>Schedule</strong> • Monday to Friday <strong>Benefit Conditions</strong> • Only full-time employees eligible <strong>Work Authorization</strong> • Must be eligible to work in US <strong>To Apply</strong> • Send your resume and cover letter to hr_manager@hanafoodinc.com I agree to the terms of service Update List
