Job Title: Director of Operations

I. Job Overview
The Director of Operations is fully responsible for the end-to-end operation system related to new energy vehicle manufacturing, including production planning, manufacturing execution, logistics warehousing, delivery, equipment and process support, operational efficiency improvement, cost optimization and team management and other key links, to ensure that the manufacturing business in terms of safety, quality, delivery, cost and continuous improvement (SQDCC) goals are fully achieved.II. Core Responsibilities
1. Manufacturing and Delivery Coordination
Manage the entire process of production operations to ensure that products are delivered on time, according to quality and in quantity;Optimize the master plan (MPS), detailed production scheduling, daily scheduling and order fulfillment process;
Coordinate planning, logistics, procurement, workshop and quality departments to achieve delivery goals.
2. Production efficiency and lean system construction
Promote the implementation of lean production, Six Sigma, TPM, OEE improvement and other methodologies in the factory;
Lead operational improvement projects to continuously reduce costs, shorten cycles, and improve capacity utilization;
Monitor key operational KPIs (such as OEE, first-pass rate, beat achievement, inventory turnover, etc.).3. Process and equipment collaborative management
Cooperate with process/IE/equipment teams to ensure production line beat, process flow and equipment stability;
Participate in new line planning, changeover management, rapid ramp-up and manufacturing flexibility construction;
Assist in solving technical and engineering problems in the production process and promote problem closure.4. Safety and quality operation guarantee
Implement the EHS (safety, health, and environmental protection) management system and build a “zero accident” culture;
Cooperate with the quality team to strengthen the whole process mechanism such as process control, quality feedback, and exception handling;
Control the operational collaboration of workshop-level quality performance and customer quality response.5. Team building and cultural promotion
Leading the collaboration of multiple teams such as production, planning, logistics, IE, equipment, etc.;
Establishing personnel assessment system, performance mechanism and talent training path;
Create an operational culture with strong on-site execution, fast response and efficient collaboration.III. Job requirements
Educational background:
Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial engineering, vehicle engineering, automation, manufacturing engineering and other related majors;Those with backgrounds in lean management, Six Sigma Black Belt, MBA/EMBA, etc. are preferred.
Work experience:
More than 10 years of manufacturing or operation management experience, more than 5 years of management experience in new energy vehicles or auto parts industry;Those familiar with manufacturing processes such as batteries, electric drives, electronic controls, and general assembly are preferred;
Those with experience in production ramp-up, factory commissioning, and production line automation projects will be given extra points.
Professional capabilities:
Proficient in production planning management, lean system, operational indicator analysis and project management;
Familiar with the operational practices of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ERP/MES/WMS systems;
Possess complex system management capabilities and cross-departmental collaborative leadership.Comprehensive qualities:
