H1으로 신분변경하여 일하다 H4로 다시 신분변경을 준비하던 중 질문이 있어 문의드립니다.
남편은 이미 H1 extension을 진행중인 경우로 receipt notice를 받았구요 application은 pending 상태입니다. 제 서류를 그 때 같이 넣지 못해서 지금 따로 준비하고 있는데
instruction에 보면

Note: Dependents filing form I-539 for a change of status or extension of stay separately from the principal’s application, and whose principal’s application is pending or approved, should file at the USCIS Dallas Lockbox facility.

이렇게 나와있는데
그러면 제 I-539는 vermont 나 california가 아닌 Dallas로 보내야 한다는 뜻인가요?

두번째 질문은,
I-539 Part 4-3g
Have you, or any other person included in this application, been employed in the United States since last admitted or granted an extension or change of status?
라는 질문에 저의 경우는 H1로 신분변경해서 일을 해 왔으니까
Yes로 대답해야 하는 것인가요? 그렇다면, 보충서류로 제 H1B 신분변경 approved notice와 paystub을 함께 보내는 것이 나은지요.

9월 말이면 H1이 expire되는 관계로 이제 곧 보내야 하는데.. 혼자 준비하니 답답하네요.
