안녕하세요 h1b 비자 연장을 해야 돼서 곧 한국에 가야되는 상황인데요
알아보니 아래와 같은 경우에는 인터뷰가 면제 된다는데 아래 사항 중 14세 미만이거나 80세 이상인 경우에 관련하여 이해가 잘 되지 않아서 여쭤봅니다.
14세 미만 혹은 80세 이상인 경우에만 면제가 가능한것인가요? 블로그 등을 통해 면제를 받았다는 글을 종종 보았는데 그 분들의 경우 위의 조건에는 해당되지 않은 것 같은데 어떻게 면제를 받았는지 궁금합니다. 아니면 저 조건외에 다른 것을 만족했으면 인터뷰 면제에 해당되는 것인가요?

Qualifications
I am a Korean.

I have received any type of visa after the age of 14.

I have traveled to the U.S. via an ESTA after the age of 14.

I am under the age of 14 or age 80 and over. (For the under 14, this applies to those who are traveling with parent(s) with valid visas in the same category and still valid.)

I will be in Korea at the time I apply for my visa. (An application cannot be sent by international mail to be processed.)

Korea is my normal residence.

My previous visa was not annotated “Clearance Received” or “Waiver ”.

I have never been accused of, or committed any crime in Korea or other country.

I have had no refusals for a visa since my most recent visa issuance.

I have not travelled to Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, or Yemen since March 2011.

It has been less than 48 months since my previous visa’s expiration date, OR, my visa has not yet expired. (This policy is in effect until December 31, 2023.)
