Now Editing “h1b transfer from non profit” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 현재 stem opt 로 있고 올해 h1b 신청을 해야되는데요. 1. 대학교에서 일하는 경우 h1b 언제든지 신청 가능하고 cap 제한이 없기 때문에 신청하면 거의 된다고 보면 맞나요 ? staff (STEM occupation) 이구요 2. 만약 학교에서 일하다가 capless h1b 승인이 났고 4월 이후 (cap h1b 신청 불가) 회사 에 이직을 하게 되면 어떻게 되죠 ? 3. opt 종료이후 두번쨰 master (현재 하는 중 파트타임) 로 (same degree level) cpt 로 일하는게가능한지 ? h1b 불확실성이 없어서 학교에서 일하는게 장점이 있는 것 같은데 트랜스퍼가 안되고 회사로 이직할 때 다시 nonexempt h1b 지원을 해야되는 건가요 ?
