USCIS 싸이트에서 H1B 트랜스퍼 진행 status를 체크하는데요,
좀 이상해서요..ㅠㅠ
한달넘게 아래 내용만 뜨는데요…

On March 4, 2009, we transferred this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. This case has been sent to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. 처음에 버몬트로 접수했다가 서류가 켈리로 넘어간건 알겠는데,
그후부터 status 업뎃이 전혀 없어요.
켈리로 넘어간후에 변호사가 메일로RFE 받았고,
얼마전 추가 서류도 보냈는데,
다른 분들은 RFE 받은것도 status로 뜨고, 추가 서류 받으면 받았다고도 뜨는것 같은데,
저는 왜 켈리로 서류가 넘어갔다는 얘기 이후로는 업뎃이 전혀 없는걸까요..
켈리포니아 센터로 넘어간 서류는 따로 조회하는 싸이트가 있나요…?
아흑….답답….초조한 하루하루예요.ㅠㅠ…………….

왜 켈리로 넘어 갔나요?
사시는 지역때문인가요?

케이스 이관되면서 케이스 번호까지 바뀌었을 가능성도 있습니다.
캘리에서 처리하는 케이스들은 모두 WAC- 로 시작하거든요. 당연 버몬트 EAC- 번호로는 더 이상 status update가 안되겠죠. 변호사 컨택 등등을 통해서 WAC 번호를 찾으시는 게 빠를듯 합니다.

아. 그러군요. 번호가 바뀌었을수가 있겠군요.

케이스가 다른 센터로 넘어가는 경우가 종종 있다고 하드라구요..
켈리에서 요즘 RFE 너무 많이 터지고 까다롭게 군다해서 하루하루 조마조마..ㅠㅠ
