If anyone knows about H1B stamping, would you let me get answers about these questions as below?

I am preparing for H1B stamping.

    My OPT expires at 7/17/2007.
    My F-1 status expries 9/29/2007.
    My H1B starts 10/1/2007.

I am thinking to get H1B stamping from US consulate at Canada.

    (1) Is it possible to get H1B stamping at US consulate in Canada?
    (2) I think I should leave USA at least 9/17/2007 (including Grace period) and can return 9/22/2007.
    Is this correct idea?
    (3) If I can get H1B stamping at Canada, should I receive visa from Canada government to enter Canada?
Or, is it possible to enter Canada with passport that has F1 visa stamping from USA?
    (4) If it is possible to get H1B stamping from USA consulate in Canada, should I make a reservation for visa interview at USA embassy in Canada?
    (5) I take my wife and children. Is there any special things that I should prepare for interview?

Thank you very much in advance.

      (1) Yes
      (2) Once your OPT expires, you have 60 days grace period if you started OPT right after your referral date. So you should leave on 9/15/2007 or earlier if you’ve already spent some time before beginning OPT.
      (3) No. You may stay up to several days (I don’t exactly remember) without VIsa. You’ll receive a stamp when you enter Canada.
      (4) Yes.
      (5) If your dependents are applying for H4, you might need to prepare for additional information as well as required documents.
