H1B Premium Processing으로 신청했습니다.

이경우, uscis.gov 사이트에서 진행상황 확인시, 15일안에 처리된다는 내용이 나오나요?

아래 TOTO님이 올리신 글을 보면 그런 내용이 있습니다만, 이건 797C 리싯인거 같구요.

“Classification sought: H1B 

The Form I-797 Receipt Notice will follow in the mail. 

The Vermont Service Center will adjudicate this case within 
15 calendar days of the “received date” set forth above. 
If approved, you will receive e-mail notification of such. 
If we require additional evidence, we will fax said request 
to the fax number provided on your completed I-907 Request 
for Premium Processing Form.” 

제가 궁금한 것은 사이트에 나오는지 입니다. 전 지금 사이트에서

“On XXX YY, 2011, we received this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER and we e-mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. This case is being processed at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.”

이렇게 나오는데, 이게 프리미엄으로 제대로 신청된건지가 궁금합니다.

 

조언을 부탁드립니다.

만약 프리미엄 프로세스 영수증을 이메일을 통해 따로 받으셨다면 제대로 신청이 된 것이 맞습니다 (아래 참고). 그리고, 웹상에는 “Premium Process”라고는 나오질 않고 몇주가 소요 될 것으로만 나와 있습니다. 레귤러의 경우 몇달이 소요 될 것이다라고 나와 있던 것으로 기억됩니다.

그리고 짧은 기간 안에 심사가 끝나기 때문에 온라인 상으로 확인해 봐도 계속 첫 단계인 “Acceptance”에 머물다가 시간이 되면 “Decision”으로 곧바로 넘어가는 경우가 대부분이라 합니다. 저의 경우도 그랬구요. 담당 변호사님과 계속 확인하시되 너무 조급해 하진 마세요.
