H1B 연장은 아닙니다. 4개월전 filing끝냈는데 소식이 없어서 12일 전 프리미엄 프로세스로 업데이트 하였습니다.
프리미엄 신청후 받은 Receipt 에 보면,
“Classification sought: H1B
The Form I-797 Receipt Notice will follow in the mail.
The Vermont Service Center will adjudicate this case within
15 calendar days of the “received date” set forth above.
If approved, you will receive e-mail notification of such.
If we require additional evidence, we will fax said request
to the fax number provided on your completed I-907 Request
for Premium Processing Form.”
제가 알기론 15일 Calendar days는 휴일까지 카운트 되는걸로 알고 있는데요. 웹상에는 Acceptance date이 3일 후로 되어있고 몇주가 걸린다고만 나와 있네요. 말씀하신데로 연휴기간이라 좀 더 걸리지 안을까합니다만 프리미엄 프로세스 신청서류에는 15일이 지나면 Refund 해 준다는 항목도 있어서 좀 혼란스럽네요. 무엇이 정확한 것인지…
“Premium Processing Service guarantees 15-calendar-day processing of certain employment-based petitions or applications. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will refund the Premium Processing Service fee but continue to process the case unless, within 15 calendar days of receipt of a properly filed Form I-907, USCIS issues an approval notice or, where appropriate, issues a notice of intent to deny, a request for evidence, or opens an investigation for suspected fraud or misrepresentation on the related petition or application.”
