Just came back from the visa interview and wanted to share with you the process for those who have yet to visit the embassy for visa stamps.
1. At the reception area outside the embassy – You present 1) your passport and 2) an appointment confirmation letter and then get inside the building.
2. Go straight to the 2nd Fl, and the Korean staff over the counter will check the document necessary for the interview with a consular. They seem to review only basic documents and enter data to make the interview more time efficient for consulars.
3. The Korean clerk returns your document together with a queue ticket. You move to the interview area and meet a consular. He or she asks basic questions about your school, job, family and etc which takes less than 5 minutes unless otherwise further challenged.
Hope this helps and wish you guys a good luck too.
