Now Editing “h1b filing date?” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 안녕하세요. 드디어 4월 1일이네요. 이번에 신청하시는 분들 모두 좋은 소식 있으시길 바랍니다. filing date와 관련해서 질문이 있습니다. filing date는 start date보다 최대 6개월까지만 앞설 수 있다고 하던데요. 만약 예를 들어 start date가 10월 7일인데 서류가 4월 1~6일 사이에 도착했다면, reject되는 것인가요? 아니면 4월 7일을 filing date로 해서 받아주게 되나요? 감사합니다.
