H1b 비자 승인을 기다리고 있습니다.1) 5월 17일에 receipt을 받았다는 연락을 받았고2) 9월 초에 Request For Evidence를 내라고 한 뒤3) 9/27 에 post decision activity로 status가 바뀌어 있습니다.post decision activity 부분에 대한 설명이 무슨 말인지요? 아직 초기 단계 인가요? 회사 변호사가 준비를 꼼꼼히 안 한 것 같은데.. 답변 부탁드립니다.감사합니다.Post Decision Activity
On September 27, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.
