오늘 그쪽에서 메일을 받았는데, 제 비자 신청 진행이 지연되고 있다고 연락이 왔습니다.

The visa packet has been received by the Dept. of Labor, but has not yet been released to be reviewed by USCIS. Therefore, it is likely that you will not be able to start until the first part of July as USCIS has 15 days for premium processing.

이런 문구가 있는데 이게 정확히 어떤 뜻인지 궁금합니다. 아시는 분 답변 좀 부탁드림니다.
