아직 고용이 확실하지 않아서 아마 거의 3월말에나 결론이 날텐데요,
혹시 제가 서류를 미리 준비해놓으면 하루이틀만에 신청준비해서
페덱스같은걸로 4월 1일 바로 전날 보내면 될려나요? 변호사는 금방 구할수
있나요?혹시 빠른 시일내에 준비하신분 조언 부탁드립니다.

지금까지 올라온 글들 보면 적어도 일주일은 걸리는것같네요. 이번에 4월 7일까지 서류 받는다니까 좀 뛰어다니시면 가능할것같습니다. 성적증명서나 졸업증명서 미리 준비해놓으면 시간 절약될거같구요. 힘내세요~ 파이팅!! 전 아직도 직장 구하고 있는데 거의 포기상태입니다^^

준비할 서류는 다음과 같습니다.
EMPLOYEE (ALIEN)
To apply for a temporary work visa you must first find a qualifying job. Use the links at right to have your resume reviewed and submit it to thousands of prospective employers.
A number of documents are needed to complete the H1-B application process. Below, you will find the information necessary to help us prepare your H1-B application.
1. You will absolutely need an original passport or a notarized copy of your passport.
2. A notarized copy of your prior Notice of Approval of “H” status (I-797), if any exists.
3. A current resume including your a detailed history of your employment for the last six years. This should specifically include the name of your employers, addresses, and dates of employment.
4. Original I-94 Card or copy notarized on the front and back.
5. Original college degree and any certified transcripts from your school
6. Original credentials evaluation
7. Any license required for your particular occupation , if any
8. Any W-2 forms for the past five years, if any exist.
9. A record of any awards you have received as part of your education and employment career.
10. The most recent pay stub from your current employer.
11. Your present address
12. Your previous foreign address
13. Telephone numbers for day or evening
14. Your social security number.
15. Copies of any existing employment agreements or contracts or offers of employment.
16. The name, address and telephone number of your Employer
17. Your employer’s Federal I.D. Tax Number
18. Your current or expected Annual Income
19. The number of Employees for the employer
20. The date including year that the employer established its business.
21. A detailed employment description including job duties and job title.
EMPLOYER
Each employer sponsoring an H1-B applicant must complete an I-129 form which requires the following information:
1. Name, address, telephone number, and fax number of Employer
2. The year the company was established
3. The IRS tax identification number
4. The total number of employees
5. The gross annual income for the previous year
6. The net annual income for the previous year
7. Do full-time employees receive any type of compensation other than salary, i.e. health insurance, dental insurance, etc. If so, what type of compensation and what is the annual value of such compensation?
8. The name and title of the person form your company who will be signing the INS petitions and their address (if different from above) -
