The manager of this laB offered me a full-time staff position at this univeristy. In this case, can I switch my visa from F1 to H1 before I graduate? Please let me know if someones who experience the similar case. Have a good day.

비영리 기관이라면 쿼터 영향을 안받으므로 학사 학위로 h1b로 변경 가능할 것 같습니다. 단, 이전 학사 학위와 하시는 일이 관련이 있어야 합니다.

비영리 기관이 아니라면 10월 1일부터 시작이 가능하고, 추첨에 통과하셔야 하는데, 이때 미국 석사 학위를 사용하지 못하므로 확률은 상당히 낮겠군요.
