Is there anybody who got for H1-B or H4 extension recently by VSC?
I have been waitng since 11/28/07, but didn’t get it. My visa will be expired in 04/30/08.
I don’t know what to do if I don’t get it until the due date. I ‘m so depressed by it.
VSC Website don’t update it for this month yet. But the last board on the baisis of 02/15/08 shows they’re doing those things received on 10/22/07 for H1-B and 07/22/07 for H4.
I appreciate if for your any comments.

한번 받은 H 는 추첨없이 연장되는건가요? 아님 매년 4월에 새로 신청 들어오는 사람들하고 다시 추첨으로 되는건가요? 그런경우는 연장이 아닌 갱신이라는 개념이 더 맞는거 같은뎅,,

저보다 하루 먼저 내셨네요. 저도 버몬트에 제출했는데 정말 일 안하는지 2월 15일에 업데이트하고는 도무지 결과를 안보여 줍니다. 저는 2월말에 비자 종료 됐구요. 정말 답답해 죽겠습니다. 언제 승인될지 알 수 있는 방법 없을까요?

The right above man, are you still working at the firm now after expired waiting for it now?
Or are you out of work holding on it now? I have no idea what to do after expired. Thanks.
