3월 19일 접수했고, 6월1일날 추가서류 요청 떴는데, 오늘에서야 변호사 사무실에서
내용을 알려 왔습니다. 참고로 첫 연장이고 3순위 140까지 승인 받은 상태입니다
다음은 변호사가 요약하여 알려준 추가요청 내용 들 입니다

1. email us the detailed 우리 회사 management teams and employees for all locations- meaning we need to create a organizational chart showing the company’s hierarchy and staffing levels. to do so, we would need the position of entire employees of 우리 회사, including Manager, Supervisor, etc….. to lower ranks.

 

2.  우리 회사’ Federal Income Tax Return for 2009 with all required schedules such as K, K-1, L, M-1, etc.

 

3.  우리 회사’ Quarterly Wage Reports for the fourth (4th) quarter of 2009 and the first (1st) quarter of 2010 that were accepted by the state of *****

 

4. Business Premises – please note that on the H-1B document, Mr.***  is said to be stationed at 주소  but since Mr. *** will be providing IT services for all Restaurant locations, the documents mentioned below are for all the restaurants’ locations AND the office in *** Street: 

– Plan for all spaces including office, warehouse, and production spaces

– Photographs of the Restaurant’s and the office’s premises

– Complete copy of 우리 회사’ lease agreement for all locations indicating total square footage of the premise, including all office, production, restaurant and/or warehouse space – all must be signed

 

5.  Mr. ***’s last three months of pay-stubs or copy of cashed pay checks

현재 대도시에 위치한 레스토랑 회사의 IT manager 로 근무하고 있고,
레스토랑이 여러개인데, 그것에 대한 Floor Plan을 가져오라니,,
이거 어떡해야 합니까?

다른 사항은 큰 문제없이 준비할수 있을듯 하구요.
오픈한지 10년이 넘은 회사에서 Floor Plan을 제대로 가지고 있을런지 회사측과 확인을 해 봐야 겠지만, 힘 빠지는건 어쩔수 없네요
