Now Editing “Granted funded position?” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 대학교 grant funded position 에서 일하게 되는 겅우 사기업 FTE 와 비교해서 어떤 단점이 있는 거죠? 이런 posting 을 할때 가령 최소 1 년 은 project need가 있다고 보고 posting 을 하는 건지요 ? 해당 position 에 대한 grant 에 시간 제한이 있는 건지 물어봤는데 hr 은 최소 3년 은 될 것 같지만 funding 이 혹시 조기에 종료 될수도 있지만 확답은 할수 없다고 하네요. 몇달짜리 단기 project 로 포스팅을 한게 아니라면 괜찮은데요.
