Golfzon America, located in Sterling VA, is a subsidiary of Golfzon Co, Ltd with its headquarter in Seoul, Korea. We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team. Since the establishment of Golfzon America in 2016, the company has grown rapidly in the U.S. with the world’s best golf simulators. The company is seeking a self-motivating accountant eager to learn and committed to the job.

Key Responsibilities

To keep daily accounting book
To reconcile bank accounts
To reconcile corporate card transactions with expenses in Quickbook
To prepare monthly cash position reports
To prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements
To communicate with the headquarter (HQ)
To manage POs from customers and generate invoices
To monitor aging receivables
To perform other accounting/administrative works upon request

Basic Requirements
Bachelors in Accounting  
Strong knowledge in the U.S GAAP
2~3 years relevant experience
Must have Microsoft Office experience, proficient in Excel
Experience with Quickbook preferred
Highly organized and able to multi-task
Ability to meet stringent deadlines in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Language: Bilingual (Korean/English) preferred
