– provide hardware and software technical support to customers
– system assembly
– basic network configuration and installation

– minimum 2 years experience in relative field

3. level 2 tech support
a. job function
– provide hardware and software technical support to customers
– system configuration including complex server system
– advanced network configuration and installation
– technical training to employees
– r&d
b. requirement
– general knowledge in pc, network
– minimum 2 years experience in relative field
– able to travel without any restrictions (in state and out of state travel)

4. sales

– engage in selling products to customers
– able to read technical documentation and compare technical functionality
