Job Qualifications: • Must be bilingual Korean / English (both verbal and written) •Authorized to work in the US •Advanced Excel Skill required • HR experience Min 2 years+ required Bilingual HR Manager Job Description ( Job duties varies depending on experience) • Serve as the business partner between management and employees by handling questions, complaints, conflicts resolution in all employee relation matters. • Maintain and control employment policies & procedures, compensation, employee benefits, and other HR programs. • Supervise job descriptions and conduct exempt/non-exempt classification. • Maintain the Human Resources Information System on the payroll program. • Supervise payroll processing through ADP system and provide payroll report and analysis regularly. • Perform Workers' Compensation/Safety claims filing and report in support of Distribution Center Manager. • Administer Unemployment Compensation process and documentation and represent company in unemployment compensation/ insurance matters. •Supervise new employee orientations and appropriate employee training programs.
